How to write this type?

Can anyone knows how to make this type, it's NOT like type it then creates outline then rotate it.

When shearing as ajabon and To suggest, you may choose to use Horizontal axis and a negative value which may reshape the boxes and lines as well, all in one go, or you may use the normal Vertical axis shear (used to create fake italic) and the rotate by the same angle.

 

It should be mentioned that there is a little difference in the resulting shapes, everything being a wee bit wider/lower with the first way and narrower/taller with the second one; you can see the difference b

Also free transform tool, basically can do the same thing, but gives more possibilities.

It should be mentioned that there is a little difference in the resulting shapes, everything being a wee bit wider/lower with the first way and narrower/taller with the second one; you can see the difference by performing the two ways on a set of squares on top of each other (you can use different stroke colours).

If you are adding type to an angled path, then select the type, go to the Type menu, and select "Type on Path", then "skew".
