We are a sublimation garment factory. Ususally, we use the Ai to make a design in one size pattern, and we have to redo the same things in different size in each time. We want to know how we just only make one design in one size, then other designs can be put in other sizes automatically.
Thanks.

Without even seeing screenshots of what we're talking about, this will be impossbile to tell. In some cases a design just needs to be enlarged. In other cases the sizes differ in so many ways that it might get very difficult (sizes don't grow proportionally).

Hi David,
Sorry about the delay. I am hopeful that the issue was fixed. If not, here is a useful tutorial which you may want to refer: Illustrator - Enlarge or Shrink a Shape Perfectly - YouTube

we create a pattern for one garment in M size, and i want to put one design on M size, as well as other different S or L sizes. In the traditional way, we have to make different times on each sizes. Now I want to know may i just put one size in M, and it can be created or adjust on different sizes automatically.

Like already asked can you post a visual example, so we know what you are tying to do.
You could make one design, save it and link that design to other formats.
