hyphenation default language problem

Hi.
I'm having a problem with the hyphenation default language in Illustrator. I set my default language as Spanish, but every time I create a new file the language in the character panel is set as "English USA" and I Dont know how to fix it.

Any thoughs?

The language is set up in the New document profile.

So if you are running an English version, then your New document profile will have that language.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you confirm what the System Locale is currently set to? Also, have you tried uninstalling Illustrator and then installing the Español version of Illustrator (https://adobe.ly/4ez93lO) to see if it helps?

Hi!
yes. its set in english, but I just to had no problems in the lasts versions with that. support tell me may be caused by Sequoia OS. I'm so used to english version that i find kind of lost in the spanish version, but at the end i think i should just get used to it.
