I can´t begin a project

Hello, I have problems with adobe illustrator, it starts correctly, however when I select some canvas it does not have any response, as if the buttons do not work. I have already tried the "preferences" solution, but it doesn't work. When I press the canvas buttons, nothing happens. I can't even open an image.
I've already installed and uninstalled several times, checked my drivers, deleted temporary files, everything, I don't know why it doesn't work anymore.

Without any actual system info we can't realyl tell you much. Since it sounds like you're on Windows, I'd start by booting in safe mode and see if there are any meaningfulkl errors and warnings while attempting to launch AI in such a limited environment. that may offer soem clues as to what's going on. Likewise, creating a second user account mightzz provide insights along those lines since apparently it will use factory defaults everywhere. Also check the Event Viewer for things liek Windows Security having blocked stuff. Everything lese will require more details.

So you reset the preferences?

Checked which drivers? The printer driver?

Did you check the fonts?
