My problem is I can't click any menu buttons on the home page of Adobe Illustrator CC 2018 (please look at the pictures) I don't know why but on the task manager it doesn't show the programs that is not responding. And I also tried to reinstall it many times but it didn't work. And I can't close it as well, I have to use Task Manager to close the program.

Hi JSYIP
For MAC
Close all Adobe applications.
~/Library/Caches
~/Library/Application Support/Adobe
~/Library/Preferences
Delete or rename Adobe Illustrator, com.adobe.illustrator and Adobe Illustrator 22 Settings folders.
Launch Illustrator from the creative cloud.

Hi Srishti,
I have the same problem here, too,
But I don't have Adobe Illustrator 22 Settings folders
Illustrator's menu worked, and while I was working, sometime later, I couldn't click all the menus at the top.
I have Adobe Illustrator 28 Settings folder.
Any recommendations?

Did you already reboot and reset the preferences?
If you have any special devices connected, or plugins installed, did you uninstall those to rule out that they were causing it?
