I changed my stroke settings to a pencil like texture thing and now I can't change it back

I somehow changed my universal stroke settings...

It now has a pencil like texture everytime I use it...

it does it for every shape tool stroke

In the video I say it doesnt do it on the line pencil tool, but it does.

I have no Idea how i did this...

As you can tell I'm very new at this, so any help would be appreciated...
