I have changed the svg source code using python, but cannot be opened by illustrator

Hello guys, I am developing automation tool that modifies colors and some contents of svg file using python.
I want to check the svg file after conversion. 

Here are source svg files and output svg files.
Ofc source file was opened by illustrator but output file not.
Please let me know the solution.

SVG is not one of Illustrator's native file formats.

On top of that: is the file valid?

Does it open in Inkscape?
