I lost my colors

I just got these colors and i cant degrade the things i made (it automatically degrades outlines and its harder to choose degrade colors.

You probably opened a JPEG or other pixel image and there are just no swatches. With the button in the bottom left of the panel you can access swatches libraries and add swatches.

Or you start new and create a new file and then place the pixel image in it.
