So what did you already try?

There is the variable function in Illustrator and there is the VariableImporter script to go with it.

And if those two can do what you need, you might want to consider using InDesign's data merge.

In order to help you better: please post your exact needs and an example of your design, so we don't have to watch lengthy tutorials. Thank you.

So you need QR codes and what else?

The more details you provide, the better and faster the help. Since you know how variables work: what have you already tried and what exactly did not work? The QR codes can't work - I'm not quite sure if there's a solution to make them work using the variable importer script. https://prepression.blogspot.com/2015/03/illustrator-introducing.html

You might want to take a look at InDesign's Data Merge where variable QR codes are possible.

I'm already done, all designs with variable data are done

but not ready for printing

so now I need to arrange all 1000 design  like this automatically

because it will be so difficult  to make all 1000 manually

and the next task will be 5000

Illustrator already has basic data merge support which you should investigate first.

Here are a couple (free/paid) tutorial videos:

So you want to combine imposition and data merge, and the imposition part is giving the trouble? That does not seem to be how Illustrator is made to work.

Yea it can work this way, just make more columns of the same kind of variable such as "Name_1", "Name_2",.. "Name_5".

And in the next row it will be like "Name_6", "Name_7".
Here is a video by John Garrett:

Actually there's a un-mentioned VariableImporter script feature called the "interval" increments which helps with data-set naming of batch files like this.

I never wrote an article on this, but it's ready once I get around to putting it on Linkedin.

Here's a QR code article though which may have useful things such as the QR code script from someone else and instructions on how to use it in the batch action process. (https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/illustrator-variable-data-super-advanced-techniques-vasily-hall/)

Does Vassily’s reply solve your problem?

Imposition (laying out multiple artworks to be printed all at once on a larger size of paper) is traditionally handler by the printing vendor, along with cutting/folding/binding the printed results. If you’re sending the artwork files to an outside printer, talk to them first.

Or are you printing them yourself on Avery-style labels, in which case you’ll want to lay them out to match the pre-cut sheets? If that’s the case, and the individual artworks are already generated using sequential file names, I would suggest importing those files in batches into an Illustrator/InDesign template and print from there. (You can often find free templates online, although they’re more commonly for Word.)
