I need to plug in some text to hold the space

I cannot locate where to find the jibberish context to fill up the space. I need to hold open some space and want to have the size and fill acurate. When using Illustrator the jibberish lines just show up. How can I find them to use them deliberately?

If you want your own text as placeholder text, create a text only file with your text,

Save it to the desktop with the name Placeholder.txt and put it into the Illustrator applications folder

select your text frame, go to menu Type->Fill With Placeholder Text
