I really want to remove this unknown cross line..

Hello,

I think when I was drawing the purple one, I clicked something, then that cross line came up.

How can I remove this cross line around the element?

Oh interesting, I thought this was an easy fix, I was going to say you're using Crop Marks from the Effect menu, just reapply and it will go away, but it doesn't! Hmmm...

I think you've marked this as correct by mistake, it does work, but it's actually better to use the Appearance panel as suggested by Kurt.

If they are Crop Marks from the Effect menu, just go to the Appearance palette and remove the effect there.
