I want to cancel my plan

    I'm having trouble canceling mine I have  A  monthly sub and the website leads me through a loop every time I follow the steps it literally has no cancel plan option I was told go to the contact us page I did and it brought me right back where I started same thing happens when I try the help page and the support page I cannot pay the monthly fee anymore and NEED to cancel

    Is it a monthly plan?

    Or do you have a 12-month subscription and you're in week 6?

    Log into your account in the manage section. There should be an option to cancel.
