Illustartot text import option error

Hi there, Ive been facing a "text import option" error on my ilkustrator file. I have seen a few post regarding that and they say its due to Device being closed while the file was saving. I have tried recvering it but i wasn able to. Is there any thing else i can do? Pleasee helppp

Do you have a backup? An older version perhaps?

THat is basically your option.

 

@Anubhav M could perhaps give it a try, but I would not put a lot of hope into it.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind providing some details about the circumstances under which these files were saved or edited and the location of the files where they were stored? For example, were there any unexpected Illustrator crashes, sudden app closures, system shutdowns, or power cuts during editing?

 

Also, kindly share a link to a sample file after uploading it to Dropbox, Google Drive, etc., so we can check it on our end. Although we cannot guarantee a successful recovery, we will try our best to do so.
