Alt + Mouse wheel  up,Down No operation  &  'Ctrl'  + ' - +'  No operation

Why not?

Please help me.

Hi,

I have the same issue.

I did reset my preferences (everything was as if I was logging on Illustrator for the first time) but still, no Zoom in works. Zoom out works just fine thought!

I have tried to change the shortcut in the settings, still not working.

When I press the Ctrl button, the arrow becomes white but nothing happens. I also seems to have issue to copy-paste text in and out of Illustrator.

I've juste updated my Windows, maybe has something to do with it?

Please help!

Here's the answers to your questions:

- Operating System(Exact version of Windows or MAC) : windows 8.1

- Exact version of Illustrator : Is up to date if I check my Adobe

Creative cloud, 22.0.1 64 bit

- Graphics Card and when it was updated last time?

- NVidia 750M (397.64)

- Intel HD graphics (i5-4200u cpu) : 15.36.34.4889

Thanks for sharing the information. Please try steps mentioned below: 

1) Close all Adobe applications.

2) Update graphic card : Steps in links below

3) Reset preferences by manually deleting preferences folders

Go to Locations C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe and.

Delete or rename  Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Illustrator 22 Settings folders.

Launch Illustrator from the creative cloud.
