The illustration I was using until yesterday has been pre-experienced, so it says I have to pay Is there a solution?

Hello @tern319410530nwk @Gian31698944y6y1,

It appears that you're encountering an issue where Adobe Illustrator was accessible earlier, which is now prompting you to pay for access. I understand this can be frustrating, but sometimes, signing out of your Adobe Creative Cloud account and then signing back in can refresh your access to apps and services. Please try logging out of your Adobe account from the Creative Cloud or Illustrator application and then sign in again.

In many cases, simply logging out and back in can resolve access issues. However, if that doesn't work, I am here to assist you further.

I hope this helps and that you can regain access to Illustrator without any payment issues. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please feel free to ask.

Best regards,
Anshul Saini

Do you already have a subscription, but cannot install it, because it has gone to trial mode in error?

Or do you just want to prplong the trial mode?
