Illustrator 16.0.5 CS6 Mac Update

New Here ,

Is there any possibility to download the update installation file for Illustrator CS6 (for mac). I already contacted customer support but they couldn't help me.

The official download link is down unfortunately:

-Illustrator 16.0.5

https://supportdownloads.adobe.com/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=5776&fileID=5786

Is there any other way to get the update file? Help would be appreciated.

No... Adobe has removed all download links for CS6 and earlier

Thank you for the clarification. Maybe there is someone reading this who saved the files on his drive before they were taken down? Not asking for the files, only curious if someone has them 😉

Even if someone has them you would still need to go through Adobe for activation.

Is official activation of CS6 no longer possible? That would be an unpleasant surprise...

No, activation is still possible, but you need to be connected to the Internet.
In that case, can you not update from the Help menu?

I planned to install CS6 on an iMac which is not allowed to connect to the internet. Isn't Request-/ Response-Code Activation still an option? Apart from that I would still like to have the update files, becaus who knows how long it will be till Adobe decides to stop possibility for updates via the help menu...

I just discovered the update file for premiere pro on my NAS. So only the update file for Illustrator 16.0.5 is missing.
