Illustrator 2020 default save as pdf settings on Windows 7

I updated to Illustrator 2020 on my Windows 7 PC. I noticed from the 2019 version, that when I go to do a save-as, then choose PDF, by default the checkbox is unchecked. It's annoying because I work with multiple artboards and need to select the correct one when saving. In the previous 2019 version, this was by default already checked and selected so I only had to type what artboard I needed to save.

Does anyone know how to fix this or find a setting to correct this? I attached a screenshot showing an example.
