Thanks for reaching out. We have recently released an update for Illustrator 2020 (v 24.0.1) which contains some stability fixes. If you are not already on v 24.0.1, then we recommend you to update to the latest version and let us know how it goes.

If you are in Germany, Canada, France, Italy, India, Australia, Netherlands you can get it in Creative Cloud updates. Else, you can get it from our pre-release portal: https://www.adobeprerelease.com/
