Please tell us your Illustrator version, your system version and what exactly you were doing when it crashed.

Do you regularly reboot the comoputer?

Is this a large file with large objects and a huge number of effects?

What are you doing in Illustrator when it crashes?

And can we see what's in the file? Are there a lot of paths?
