Illustrator 2021 Keyboard Shortcuts Missing on Mac

I recently updated to Illustrator 2021 and none of my default keyboard shortcuts are there anymore. When I go to edit Keyboard Shortcuts it's all blank. I've tried restarting my Illustrator app and Mac and had no luck. Tried clearing some files in my library cache too. Is there a way I can import the default shortcuts again? Please assist

So you did already reset the preferences? Note: this will delete what might be left of your presets.

I tried resetting my preferences through the Preferences dialog box, and the keyboard shortcuts are still not appearing

In that case you might need to go the long route:

uninstall

run the Adobe Cleaner tool

reinstall
