Illustrator 2021 - send to print outputs blank pages

Sending files to print out of Adobe Illustrator CC 2021 (Epson WF-2510) just outputs blank pages. I am having to save every file as a PDF and print from Adobe Acrobat.

Resolved. For anyone encountering the same issue, I resolved it be resetting preferences:

https://helpx.adobe.com/au/illustrator/using/setting-preferences.html

 

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (macOS) as you start Illustrator. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Illustrator.

It's 2024 and I am using Illustrator 28.2 (whatever the current version is at this point in time) and resetting preferences did not fix this problem.

     In that case please create a new thread and describe your hardware/system setup and the file.

    I'm not sure if this is still relevant, but I just had a print blank pages issue and managed to resolve it by installing the printer again. I believe the last update affected something but it was resolved by reinstalling the printer.  All the best.
