Illustrator 2022 Keeps crashing on Windows 10 machine

Same, Illustrator 2022 not opening on Windows 10, the Adobe crash report trys to do som... ...Adobe just test and fix your software so us paying fools can use it, stop pushing the blame on the us and sort it out pls.

Same here.

I get about 5 minutes of work done on Illustrator and then it crashes.  When I go back to it I get a "Adobe Illustrator Quit Unexpectantly" message.  When I click on OK I get a "Could not Find the Linked File" message.  I then have to go in and replace the linked file in my background layer.

I have gone back to the previous version (25.4.1) and it crashes as well. I am unabvle to use any version of Illustrator.

Yes, we're in the same boat.  Pretty sure it has something to do with this.

Did and Didn't work.  I think the problem is that if you open ILLUSTRATOR from Creative Cloud after updating, it doesn't do anything. ie the " No Crash Report to submit, just glitches out.  If I go to task manager and close Illustrator and Open it from the Start Menu - it works.  Fingers crossed this will keep up.

Okay, worked but my libraries were missing so I closed it and it won't reopen.  This is a major problem.  Lots of glitches and not really a way to show a report. I was finally able to get back in but please fix this if at all possible.  I can't be the only one having these problems.

So what is the answer? I want to smash my laptop I'm so frustrated but I know it's just the software. I hate being dependent on any stupid software for my livelihood. I am losing buckets of money, not to mention customers that just go somewhere else cuz they are tired of waiting for a proof. This is seriously bs. There is no crash report either. I'm thinking everyone needs to not pay for this service and maybe they will get it fixed. I'm extremely unhappy

I cannot submit a crash report becasue my Illustator will NOT even open. I have uninstalled v 26 and reinstalled 25.4.1 and even THAT won't open now .. this is really unacceptable

UPDATE: I checked my Trend Micro AntiVirus and added Illustrator as a safe program. It opened immediately. Check your antivirus

Thanks for your time and patience. As mentioned above, please submit the crash logs by following these steps: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html 

While submitting the crash report, please use the same email address you are signed in on this community. This will help us find the crash report and help accordingly. 

 

Crash reports help us identify the common crash issues and find the root cause of the issue.

 

Once done, please try installing version 26.0.1 from the prerelease section and check if that helps resolve this issue. Here are the steps:

 

  1.  If you are not already part of the Illustrator Prerelease program, then please click this link to join the prerelease - https://www.adobeprerelease.com/beta/85A6F544-2705-49BD-8314-DD549C6A1713
  2.  Accept Prerelease Agreement
  3.  Go to Creative Cloud Desktop and look for Prerelease in the Apps section.
  4.  Install/Update to Illustrator Prerelease 26.0.1 (This will not replace the existing Release build of Illustrator).

 

Please let us know if the issue gets resolved by this build or it persists. We are looking forward to your response.
