Illustrator 2022 (version 26.3.1) freezes whenever I open any file. MAC

Crashes everytime I open a file and I reinstalled the older version on Illustrator and it's still doing the same! Please fix this.

  2. Using this utility: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

MacOS Big Sur - 11.6.5 and Illustrator 26.3.1, now using the 26.2 because the 26.3.1 was not working either. The 26.2 is doing the same.  I tried what you recommended below and it did nothing.

 What version of OS are you using with 26.3.1?

Your OOBE may be corrupt

OOBE RESET MAC

  1. Quit the Creative Cloud desktop app  (100% you must do this)
  2. The \Users\<user folder>\Library\ is hidden by default for macOS 10.7 and above. Option click on the GO in the mac finder to reveal the Library folder.
  3. /Users/<user folder>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
  4. Delete all the files within the OOBE folder, but do not delete the folder itself.
