Is this a new install or an update? Did it ever work?

Without any system information and the actual crash logs we can't tell you much. Start by updating your graphics driver, make sure access to the relevant files and folders is guaranteed, check your network connection for access to the CC stuff. Anything more will require much better info and more details.
