Illustrator 2023 crashes when clicking the page layout button in print dialog in Ventura 13.0.1

This morning my Epson P800 suddenly quit when I clicked on the print dialog box in Illustrator 2023. Now it quts every time I hit the dialog box.  The same happens on my OKI C650 laser printer. Only from Illustrator.  I called Epson and we deleted the printer and re-installed it, and I wiped Illustrator and completely re-installed it with no luck at all.

This same issue just happened in Acrobat as well. Does anyone have a suggestion please?

I've already completed all the steps except a clean install. I have performed an uninstall and reinstall but clean install sounds like a different process. This problem has been happening in Acrobat as well. I've also noticed that it's an Intermittent issue, sometime it works fine.  I'm a bit busy to do a clean install at the moment, I'll try it when I'm not using Illustrator so much.  In the meantime I'm exporting files to photoshop for printing.
