Illustrator 2024 bug - Panels on second monitor disappear when selected

Whenever I try to click or select anything on a panel on my second monitor, all panels on that monitor disappear.

Stage Manager is off (which may cause some unexpected behavior in some apps) and I know it's not my system because Illustrator 2023 (27.9) works just fine, and all other Adobe 2024 apps work as expected with tool panels on the second monitor.

I have this same problem with my workspace that I have located on my second monitor. I have the tool panels connected together and the stroke & color panels aren't accessible when I try to click on them (it just exits illustrator to whatever other app is open on my second monitor behind my tool panels). But the properties panel works just fine if I want to adjust stroke or color there. And I have about 8 other tool panels open that also work as they should when I click on them (in the second monitor). If I move the tool panels that don't work to the first monitor where my project tabs are, then the panels work again. Anyone know how to fix this so I can have everything on the second monitor for my tools?

I attached what it looks like and put x's on the panels that don't work in case placement has something to do with it...

I found turning the Application Frame OFF (under Windows dropdown) has so far solved the problem for me.

Apparently there has been an update to Sonoma 14.1 - did you already run that? It fixed a couple of other issues.
