I have a problem with the color palette in illustrator, it's happening to me and my colleagues at work.
For example, at first I selected the color code F6F086 and clicked ok, but immediately after checking the color code again, the parameters were changed from C: 5% to 6% and Y: 60% to 59%.
1.
2.
And there is another problem: when transferring files, the file will have a skewed artboard.
Please, someone assist or find a way to solve this problem.
Thank you everyone for reading my article.

1. You're specifying an RGB colour but listing a change in CMYK.
2. Can you show an example of a 'skewed' artboard?

We use the same CMYK color system. But even after specifying the object to change color, the error still occurs.

If you're working in CMYK, you shouldn't be specifying colours in RGB. Refer to Ton's answer above.
The object in the image appears offset rather than skewed. Is that what you mean? When does this occur? Please list all the steps in your workflow for transferring files.

Thank you
For the skewing issue.
Step 1: I save the file on my personal computer and send the file to another computer
Step 2: When I open the file on another computer, the object on the artboard is slightly off the artboard
I have attached the results of the deviation above. You can check out.

Latest update from color error. I checked again, and like the photo I sent at the beginning of the article, I am using the CMYK color system and entering the RGB color parameters on the RGB color system artboard, it will output CMYK parameters different from the RGB color system, and with the The CMYK number has an error when converting the color system, and if I re-enter that error parameter, the RGB color code will be completely different. So I think this is an error coming from the software, not an error in the working process. A month ago, those errors directly affected the color of the design file, but perhaps now they have been updated. However, there are still 2 errors: the RGB and CYMK color tables show the wrong parameters and if you go to check the color in Gradient and then convert the CMYK and RGB color systems, it will show the wrong number as a decimal percentage. Thank you for watching, I hope one day Adobe pays attention to this small detail and completely fixes it. Because for those who have worked for a long time, this error can be easily corrected, but if it is for beginners, there is a high possibility that they do not know how to edit.

You might want to learn about color management.
I don't know where you got the numbers from, probably you looked them up on one of those color converting website from "the internet", which are misleading and wrong and should be ignored.
There is no fixed conversion between RGB and CMYK. What comed out in either direction, depends on your color settings. And when you convert in either direction and then back again, the values will be different from what you entered in the beginning. And yes, that is ciorrect.
In the case of the internet color converters: these folks don't know anything about color.

If you are working in a CMYK document, specify colors as CMYK.
If you enter Hex or RGB values they get converted to the nearest possible CMYK values.
These CMYK values get converted back to a matching RGB.

Thank you for responding to me. Like the answers above. I think I'll keep watching until the problem continues and the error persists.
