Thanks for sharing the details. Would you mind trying to run Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows / macOS) and checking if it helps?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

I've tried to rename the adobe.dunamis, it just pop out "action cant be completed because the folder or file is in another program." but i already restarted and close all adobe related applications.
Changing the default printer did not work as well.

Thanks for trying. If you're encountering an error, rename the Adobe.dunamis folder, even after restarting your system and closing all Adobe-related applications. Since you're still stuck at the loading screen with the "com.Adobe.Adobesplashkit.GraphicWindowClass" indication, let's try another approach.
Please follow these steps:
Restart your computer under system Safe Mode. This mode loads only essential system processes and drivers, which can help in resolving issues caused by conflicting software or processes.
Once in Safe Mode, try renaming the Adobe.dunamis folder again. Ensure no Adobe applications are running and you're logged in with an administrator account.
After renaming the folder, restart your computer normally and see if you can launch Illustrator without encountering the loading screen issue.
Please let me know if this doesn't resolve the issue, and we can explore other troubleshooting steps.

and when i go back to open my Illustrator again, the same thing reoccured, once more I'm unable to open my illustrator.

Thank you! I had the same issue and was able to open Ai but now my most recent file won't launch. It launches the program but only to the intro screen and its properties show it at 0kb - it should be a large file. I can share my log and file with you via message if that helps.

Are you saving your files to the Cloud? You will need to find a file that is greater than 0kb. You may need to resync your files with the cloud. Also, open the app, then navigate to the file rather than double-click on that 0kb file. A 0kb file will never open in anything because there is nothing in it.

Ensure that you've deleted every single Beta app. I had to delete them for Premier, Rush, etc even though I was only experiencing an issue opening Photoshop and Illustrator.
Then, reboot and try.
If that doesn't work you may need to remove the specific regular release app and re-install as well.
Before I found this thread I was also using the Adobe Cleaner app to remove the applications, I do not think that is necessary based on the replies I'm seeing in this thread.
