Illustrator 23: Crash when create new color swatch

Illustrator 23 crashed four times by creating a new color swatch... had open a illustration from adobe stock (102kb)...and wanted to create new color swatches...

Here's what I would try first.

If it's just this document that does it (it doesn't happen anywhere else?)

Then File>Save As and choose .AI and resave the file - see if the issue persists.

If it does - then try
