Illustrator 24.3 Guide Rules are Barely Visible

The latest update to 24.3 has made my guide rules barely visible (i.e., very thin). Is there some new setting I don't know about or is this a bug?

Thanks for reaching out. There are no changes made to UI scaling in recent versions. Here is a screenshot from my Windows machine.

You can scale the user interface of Illustrator based on your screen resolution. Steps are shared here

No, unfortunately that does not help as Ruler Guides are independent of those settings entirely. Here's a screenshot of what I'm experiencing. You'll see that as I drag a ruler guide onto the artboard it appears normal (top line), but when I release it (bottom two), the line becomes as thin as Illustrator can render it—even when I zoom in—making them very difficult to see and work with.

 

This was not an issue just before upgrading to 24.3.
