Illustrator 25.0 (and 24.3) not working

My team lost Adobe CC today, and it appears so did the rest of the world. Most people's have come back. I seem to have my programs back except for the one I need, Illustrator. Any ideas?

You will probably need to clean up the system and then install again.

Same problem. My computer crashed, cause Illustrator C 25.0. I cannot open the Illustrator, and also I cannot open the new version files from THE previous Illustrator C 24.3, cause deleting the artwork whatever I created in the newer version.

IT'S FRUSTRATING!!!
