Cloud update Illustrator to Illustrator v 25.0 and now I am unable to open Illustrator. No matter what document or generally just the program: it closes immediately. What can I do? I have jobs to do in Illustrator!

Did you choose to import the Preferences from the previous version? If so, try uninstalling 25.0 and reinstall without.

I did nothing - I just pressed the "update button" as suggested by the cloud. I'll try to de-install illustrator - but haven't found anything I can do with the new installation myself. Thank u.
