Also, try resetting Illustrator's preferences by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations.

Here's a fix I found after struggling a lot, Just increase the VRAM from your motherboard's BIOS.

Here's a fix I found after struggling a lot, Just increase the RAM from your motherboard's BIOS.

Thanks, it worked! I allocated some GB of RAM and Illustrator now recognizes it.
