Here's a fix I found after struggling a lot, Just increase the VRAM from your motherboard's BIOS.
YouTube has a lot of tutorials on how to do this. Hope this helps!

Thanks, it worked! I allocated some GB of RAM and Illustrator now recognizes it.

Hello @Fillipe.Souza,

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you try updating the drivers for your GPU (https://www.amd.com/en/support/apu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-5-5000-g-series-desktop-processors-radeon-graphics/amd) and check if it helps.

Also, try resetting Illustrator's preferences by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) and sharing your observations.
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may take a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,
Anubhav
