Illustrator 26.4 crashes when creating new file

Hi there,

Since it's update Adobe Illustrator 26.4 crashes (Not responding error message) when I try to create a new file, and/or try to open a new file. 

I have tried the following but nothing worked.

1.Reset the preferences

2.Re-install software

3.Suggestions mentioned here https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/adobe-illustrator-26-4-starts-but-when-i-try-... (I couldn't clear the font cache though - system didn't allow it.

Any help, would be much appreciated.

Sorry to hear about this experience. I would request you try running Illustrator under a different administrator account and check if it helps.
