Illustrator 26.5 every 30 seconds update links popup

Since updating to 26.5 Illustrator now has the extremely annoying and disruptive behaviour of bringing up the update links popup banner every 30 seconds, no matter how many times you click No and no matter what document you happen to be working in. Sometimes I do want to update links right away but not all the time on purpose, and hitting No should respect my decision not to update until I choose to manually later.

Thanks that seems to have fixed it. I tried looking for a preference before but missed that. Looking back at Illustrator 2020 I see it has the same setup so I'm not sure why it happened now, perhaps I just haven't encountered this situation until right after updating today.
