Illustrator 28.5 - Batch Linked File Replacement Issues

I work in the Printing Industry and use Adobe Illustrator daily. Been using it since the early 90's. Why did you femove the check box and choice to "Apply to All" with linked files. Example: I have a layout sheet master with 75 Shelf Strips and I simply replace all the links with a different version from my support folder. In the past I was able to check the box and select "Apply to All" and they would all pop in when the file opens. Not now! I have to "Ignor All", select "Search for Missing Links In This Folder" and then replace each of them one by one by one by one by one by one!!! This is horrible and time consuming and in my opinion... broken. Please bring back the Apply to All function. Please fix this!

"actively investigating" is not enough! You have and are causing way too much work and frustration for those of us that use the Apply To All function daily, and multiple times a day! PLEASE FIX IT NOW!

Also, I see the last complaint was back in May. I know you've probably been receiving thousands of complaints. Why is it taking so long?

And... when I select all of the same linked files in the links pallet, then try to replace them one by one by one by one, only 1 will replace and I have to select the links one at a time, then click replace one at a time. Did you guys not test this function before releasing the so called update?

I have actively been following all the comments and complaints pertaining this greatly used and needed function and very disappointed in Adobe for not simply reinstating it's orginal functionality. It seems you simply refuse to listen to your customers on how this function is used in the graphics / printing industry and are going to leave us pissed off everytime we go to use it. In my opinion, that is a very poor decision. Why even offer a platform for your clients to voice suggestions on how to make your product better if you refuse to listen to them? This Designer is very very unhappy. You have taken a function that literally took us seconds to fill a template layout with a selected linked file - now several minutes. You multiply that by the hundreds of files we do this in everyday and you have significantly increased production time and decreased our speed in doing so.
