Illustrator 29.1 User Interface scaling issues

I am wonder if somone experinced the following issue. In Adobe Illustrator (29.1) I see the user interface having some scaling issues. Some editable fields are not aligned with the contained text - looks like some scaling problem. I do not observe this problem with Photoshop (did not check other apps yet).
