I am having this issue for a long time where my materials are not showing and keeps infinitely loading in the 3d panel. check the attached image. (It may be because of the materials i downloaded from the substance 3d materials library. And now they are on the cloud interfering with the files maybe?). Please guide me how to resolve the problem. Thanks

Hey Monika, So i tried uninstalling all the files from the folder as the video suggested yet the problem remains the same. unable to load to materials when opening in illustrator. Not even one material is loading in there. Please suggest If there is another method that I could try.

Please tell us your hardware specifications.

You could also try and reset the preferences.

If that does not help: uninstall, run the Adobe Cleaner tool and reinstall.

Hi @SHRESTHA2911219812l8,

I completely agree with Monika's suggestions. It's important to first ensure that your hardware meets the necessary requirements. If everything checks out, we can try resetting your preferences or, in some cases, reinstalling the software. If you need step-by-step guidance, feel free to check out the following pages:

I'd also like to know if this issue started recently. Was everything working fine before? If so, were there any changes or updates made to any apps or your system?

We’re here to support you through this!

Regards,

Srishti
