Illustrator & JPEG with Link

How do I create clickable links in Illustrator and then save it as a JPEG with the link still working? If saving the file as a JPEG won't work, then what other picture file format is suggested? I do not want to use PDF. I am using this design for a WhatsApp post and want ppl to be able to click on the links.

There is no such thing. Images cannot contain links. You have a fundamental misunderstanding how Internet stuff works. Links are invisible data around the images and the functionality is provided by the host app, not the image itself. You cannot avoid manually entering your link in WhatsApp.
