It’s hard to knw what the issues are. There is nothing to see in the first screen shot. In the second whatever action you are trying to take cannot be taken because you need to address a dialogue open in a program. Perhaps you are trying to update an app but it cannot quit until you tell it whether to save the open documents. Hard to tell without seeing the app’s windows.
Also, we are not the Adobe support team. We are users like you. THis is the Adobe Support Community. Most of the popel here do not work for Adobe.

A couple of obvious tips: be sure any applications that are to be uninstalled are not running. Try re-booting the computer is there is some background process stopping the uninstall operation.
Sometimes the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool has to be used to fully uninstall an Adobe application before it can be properly reinstalled.

Hi @Khamphot,
I see that you're facing issues with Adobe Illustrator on your Macbook Pro running Ventura 13.4.1, and you're encountering a black screen. Also, you are unable to uninstall InDesign. A possible solution to this problem is to try updating Illustrator & InDesign to the latest version.
If updating doesn't help, please try the following steps:
Note: Location starting with this "~" sign indicates the User Library, which is hidden. So, you need to copy & paste the exact path in spotlight search or from Finder Menu > Go > Go to Folder > Paste the location in the dialog box like this:
I hope one of these steps helps you out. If the issue persists or you run into another issue, please feel free to reach out.
Best regards,
Anshul Saini
