Illustrator and missing required plugin crash

Hello everyone, 

I'd like to ask if anyone has ever had this problem with Illustrator.

It won't launch and I tried several ways of trying to fix it ex. Finding this plugin in files and trying to change the name, reinstalling Illustrator etc.

If anyone could help me I'd be so grateful.
