Illustrator (any version) keeps crashing mac OS BigSur (Macbook air M1 chip)

Illustrator keeps crashing whenever i try to open it. I've tried clearing my cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the software, and even tried to open previous versions of the software. Nothing works. It crashes within 4-5 seconds of opening. I am attaching a screen recording of whats happening. 

Please help solve this. My work has entirely stopped because of this.
