Good morning,

I installed illustrator yesterday morning and used it all day no problems, when I went to shut down my PC last night it wanted to do a small update, so i let it. I turned on my PC this morning and went into illustrator, however it's automatically scrolling to the right......

I have tried the following:

- unplugging my mouse (laser, wired), and keyboard (wireless).

- using a different port for both mouse and keyboard.

- I have lost count of how many times ive restarted my PC.

- I have even left both completely unplugged but it is still scrolling by itself.

- I have un-downloaded the two most recent updates and restarted the PC multiple times.

I have noticed that it seems to be happing in the windows settings (automatically scrolling down) but in illustrator it goes right. It is NOT automatically scrolling in chrome, versaworks, windows file explorer, steam .....

Very strange and very annoying as I wanted to design some more bits today ....

Any advise would be appreciated.

I know it sound obvious but have you checked to see if any keys are stuck on the keyboard..?

Are you able to try another keyboard? Have you tried a different mouse? Just so yo can rule that out as seems very strange behaviour.

In my case it was my Pen's usb adapter, I unplugged it and problem solved, I guess the pen's battery ran out of juice.
