Since the latest update, I have found several existing documents that are sized to 11" x 8.5" for printing, open and the artboard immediately turns 90 degrees. I can type in the correct parameters for the artboard size (Ctrl-Alt-P) when I go to edit the artboards, but as soon as I hit enter or click off, it rotates back to the incorrect orientation. This has also happened when I create a new document. I haven't noticed it on larger artboards (which doesn't mean it hasn't happened and I didn't realize it), and it doesn't seem to be consistent except for this size. I have never had any issues with these files that I have been using for years until this week after I updated the program. **I just opened my proof template, deleted the content that was on there, and pasted the new content. As soon as I did that, it rotated the artboard 90 degrees. I can copy the template and load it into a new window, and it is fine. ???
Note - 2nd bug - I would have reported this through the "Report a Bug" option in the top right-hand corner of the app, but the link will only open a blank page. I tried three different browsers with the same problem.

Just to add - With a file I opened and had the artboard turn on me, I did an "open with" Adobe Acrobat , and saved the PDF. I opened the PDF in Illustrator, and there are - so far - no issues.

That is the one. I searched and couldn't find any discussion.
I just tried to create a new document at 8.5" x 11" and it opened it landscape instead of the portrait orientation I put in. I also tried to change the artboard on an existing drawing that is 5" x 9", and it did the same thing.

I have a slightly newer beta 28.6 92, but cannot reproduce that. The problem is not restricted to a beta and seems hard to replicate.
