Illustrator (Beta) fail to launch

The Illustrator (Beta) app icon was disappeared on the Home page of Creative Cloud after updating the app .

Cannot launch the above named app when clicking the app icon on my desktop.

I have tried the following actions but still not working.

- uninstalled and reinstalled the illustrator

- sign out and sign in Creative Cloud account

There were some problems with installing the beta. Try to reinstall and uncheck 'Remove old version' while installing new Beta version
