Illustrator Beta for ARM64- Adobe seems to be deliberatively disappointing its customers

Why is the Illustrator Beta for ARM64 restricted to certain regions. I reside in Taiwan and although my language is set to English US, I don't see the beta available in creative cloud. This is extremely disappointing. Such a big company and you do such petty things for reasons unknown to customers. Affinity has native ARM64 versions for their products, whereas we customers pay a huge monthly subscription fee and Adobe fails to deliver the product as promised. This is slowly resulting in corrosion of trust on Adobe, especially when you demand a premium for subscription.

Is there any availaibility or should we jump on to Affinity and abandon Adobe all together? To mention, I am not alone, you can do a quick reddit search and 5 of my own friends got the Surface Laptop and are frustrated with Adobe's lack of apps as promised.
