Illustrator Beta on Surface Laptop 7 and ARM devices

Hi everyone, I recently purchased a Surface Laptop 7 with an ARM processor with the knowledge that it may have some incompatibilities with the software but unfortunately I can't download the beta of the Illustrator and InDesign programs (they are not shown in the BETA section of the Creative Cloud app). I live in Italy, as far as I understand the problem is the region? Is it possible to fix the problem?

Same issue here. Waiting for few months and so far no BETA being shown in Creative Cloud app. I live in Taiwan but the language is set to EN-US. Kindly help.

Same issue here. No BETA being shown in Creative Cloud app. I live in Germany and language is set Ger. i woudl be happy with an English verison
