Same. And now I can't find it to dowload it from the site again.

open the Creative Cloud App, go to Apps, then Beta, then find the Illustrator Install. The latest version is 30.0

I fixed this by doing the following:

  1. Uninstall Illustrator (Beta) via the Adobe CC application.

  2. I noticed there was still this folder here: /Applications/Adobe Illustrator (Beta). Despite running this uninstall. Delete this folder.

  3.  Go back into the CC app and install the latest version of Illustrator (Beta).

  4. Open Illustrator (Beta) it should work now.

Beta v28 has expired, they might release a new one but we don't know if they will

  • Here, you should find the latest beta version released today, which is available for download, i.e., v28.0.42. This version addresses various issues and improvements.
