Illustrator blocca il mac

ciao, due mesi fa ho comprato un MacBook Pro 13''.

Fino alla settimana scorsa tutti i programmi Adobe funzionavano perfettamente, adesso ogni volta che uso illustrator CC questo porta ad un blocco totale del Mac e sono costretta a spegnerlo forzatamente ogni volta..

Ho aggiornato il sistema operativo, ho disinstallato e re installato i programmi e ho anche provato a creare un nuovo account utente ma è tutto inutile..

Come posso risolvere? Sembra essere solo un problema di illustrator

Does your Macbook have a Touchbar?

Exactly when does the error happen? When launching Illustrator? When opening a file? When performing a specific operation? ...

Yes i have the la testa version of sierra now.

the error occures in different moments when i'm using the program..there isn't a specific operation.

Simply after 15/20 minutes of use it crashes and blocks all my MacBook.

It seems that i can't directly contact anyone for illustrator CC problems..they said that I can find here the solution but it's not like this.

i don't think that it's a beta version (10.12.6).
